This page describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), and how to exercise them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Information we collect and share
In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address); customer records (such as contact and demographic details); commercial and financial-preference information you provide; internet and other electronic activity; general geolocation (from IP or ZIP); and inferences. We collect this from you directly and automatically through the Site.
Because Track Retirement is a comparison and referral service, when you request matches or to be contacted we share identifiers and the related information you provide with insurance carriers, agencies, licensed advisors, and marketing partners. Under California law, this sharing may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We also disclose identifiers to service providers for fraud prevention and contact verification; those disclosures are made for a business purpose and are not a sale.
Your California rights
- Right to know / access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and shared.
- Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: direct us not to sell or share your personal information. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights
Submit a request by emailing support@trackretirement.com with the subject "California Privacy Request" and the email address and/or phone number associated with your information. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days, with permitted extensions). You may use an authorized agent, with proof of authorization. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
