By using the Site or submitting information to us, you consent to this Policy.

Effective date: June 25, 2026. Last updated: August 1, 2026.

Who we are

The Site and Services are operated by Virtual Blue Agency LLC (Wyoming entity ID 2026-001913781), doing business as Track Retirement. Mailing address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@trackretirement.com.

Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and our online Services. It does not apply to information collected offline, on third-party websites we link to, or by the insurance carriers, agencies, or licensed advisors we may connect you with, each of whom maintains its own privacy practices.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our comparison tools, request matches, take our quiz, or contact us, we collect information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code or state, age or age range, gender, marital status, retirement and financial goals, approximate premium or savings amount, product preferences, and the contents of any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect log and device data such as IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, date and time stamps, and similar analytics data, including through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
  • Match you with, and connect you to, third-party insurance carriers, agencies, and licensed advisors who may be able to assist you;
  • Communicate with you, and permit our partners to communicate with you, by email, phone, and text, including for customer service, follow-up, and marketing;
  • Analyze usage, personalize content, and develop new features;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

How we share your information

Track Retirement is a comparison and lead-referral service. A core part of our Services is connecting you with third parties. When you request matches, a quote, or to be contacted, you authorize us to share the information you provide with one or more third-party insurance carriers, insurance agencies, licensed insurance agents or advisors, and our marketing partners, who may use it to contact you and present products and services. Your relationship with any such third party is solely between you and them.

We may also share information with: service providers and vendors that perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, communications, and fraud prevention and contact verification — for example, we send the email address and phone number you submit to IPQualityScore to check them against known-fraud signals before we pass a request to a partner); advertising partners; and as required to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

We are compensated by our partners when you request matches or take other qualifying actions. See our Advertiser Disclosure.

Your communications consent (calls and texts)

By submitting your phone number through our quiz or forms, you provide your prior express written consent to receive marketing and informational calls and text messages from Track Retirement and the partners we match you with, at the number provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, and automated text messages, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

SMS program

We operate two distinct things, and the rules differ. (1) Match and referral sharing. When you submit a form or quiz asking to be matched or contacted, you authorize us to share your name, email address, and phone number with insurance carriers, agencies, licensed agents, and marketing partners so that they can contact you, including by call and text. (2) Our own SMS program. If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Track Retirement, the opt-in record and mobile number collected for that program are used only by Track Retirement to send you those messages; we do not sell, rent, or share that SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Replying STOP stops our texts. It does not by itself withdraw the match-and-referral authorization in (1) — to stop partner contact, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or contact that partner directly.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. In particular, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and transmits identifiers and your IP address to Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure and target advertising; we do not load the Meta Pixel if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Third-party ad networks and analytics providers may also set cookies and automatically receive your IP address; we do not control those technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. In general, lead and contact records are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us or one of our partners, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements; opt-out and do-not-sell records are retained for as long as we operate so that we can continue to honor your request. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to opt out of texts, and contact us at support@trackretirement.com to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to applicable law. Because we may already have shared your information with a matched partner, you may also need to contact that partner directly.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Because we share lead information with partners, that sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. To exercise these rights, see our CCPA Privacy Rights page and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.

Other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@trackretirement.com.

Children's privacy

The Site and Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before providing information.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

We review this Policy at least once every 12 months. The most recent substantive changes, made August 1, 2026, added detail on our use of the Meta Pixel and Global Privacy Control, our retention periods, our fraud-verification vendor, and how our own SMS program differs from match-and-referral sharing.
